Main line clog in montville

Customer had stated that in the master bath, the toilet and shower were not going down. After carefully assessing the situation, we had to remove the toilet so we can get the main cables to clear the line. We had figured it was in the drop so we got the cables in approximately 30 feet and it was cleared.
